Partner & Affiliate Program Terms
These Terms govern your participation in the Delegated Partner & Affiliate Program, operated by Sanklad Digital Ltd. (“Delegated,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to everything written here.
1. Agreement to These Terms
Enrolling in the program — whether by signing up, receiving an affiliate link, or actively promoting Delegated — constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. We may revise them at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify active partners. Your continued participation after any update means you accept the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to approve, decline, suspend, or permanently remove any partner at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
2. Eligibility & Enrollment
To participate in the program you must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information at all times.
- Promote Delegated honestly, transparently, and in a way that reflects well on the brand.
- Comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your promotional activities, including consumer protection, advertising standards, and data privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
- Follow FTC disclosure guidelines (or equivalent local requirements) by clearly indicating when content contains affiliate links or is otherwise compensated.
- Not be a direct competitor of Delegated or affiliated with one.
Applications may be refused and existing accounts may be removed at any time if, in our judgment, a partner’s activity creates legal, reputational, or commercial risk for Delegated, its customers, or other affiliates.
3. Affiliate Links & Tracking
Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique affiliate link. This link is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with third parties for their own promotional use.
You agree to:
- Use only your assigned affiliate link in all promotional activity.
- Take reasonable steps to ensure referrals arrive at Delegated through your link.
- Not attempt to manipulate, spoof, or game the tracking or attribution system in any way.
Sales that are not properly attributed to your link — whether due to user behavior, technical issues, or circumvention — are not eligible for commission. We are not liable for tracking interruptions caused by browser settings, ad blockers, third-party platforms, or other factors outside our control.
4. How You May Promote Delegated
You are free to promote Delegated through original content — blog posts, videos, newsletters, podcasts, social posts, and honest reviews — provided that content is accurate and compliant with these Terms.
Regardless of channel or format, you may not:
- Make false, exaggerated, or misleading claims about Delegated’s features, pricing, or outcomes.
- Use manufactured urgency, fake scarcity, or deceptive pricing language.
- Impersonate Delegated, its employees, or official communications.
- Represent yourself as an employee, partner in the legal sense, or authorized spokesperson of Delegated.
- Use Delegated’s name, logo, or brand assets in ways not expressly permitted in these Terms or in separate written approval.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your promotional content meets the advertising disclosure requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.
5. Paid Advertising
Running paid ads that directly or indirectly compete with Delegated’s own advertising campaigns is prohibited without our prior written approval.
Specifically, you may not:
- Bid on “Delegated,” “delegated.to,” or any of our trademarks, product names, or close variations as keywords.
- Include our brand name or trademark terms in ad copy, headlines, or display URLs.
- Run ads that are designed to look like official Delegated advertisements.
- Direct-link your affiliate URL in paid ad campaigns without first obtaining written approval.
- Target campaign audiences, keywords, or angles that we have told you are actively part of our paid strategy.
Affiliates who wish to run paid campaigns must contact us before launching. Unauthorized paid activity may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
6. Search, Domains & Web Properties
We welcome genuine educational content that introduces Delegated to new audiences. We do not permit tactics designed to intercept, divert, or replace our own organic traffic.
You may not:
- Build web pages whose primary purpose is to rank for our brand name or trademark terms in search engines.
- Register domain names that include “Delegated,” “delegated.to,” or any confusingly similar variation.
- Create landing pages, review sites, or comparison pages that are designed to mimic or be mistaken for official Delegated pages.
- Copy or closely replicate our site structure, design language, copy, or messaging.
- Employ SEO tactics whose intent is to capture traffic that would otherwise reach us directly.
Content that genuinely helps potential users understand what Delegated offers is encouraged. Content designed to confuse users or siphon branded traffic is not.
7. Email, Social Media & Communities
Promotion through newsletters, social channels, online communities, and forums is welcome when conducted responsibly and transparently.
You may not:
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or send to purchased, rented, or scraped lists.
- Post affiliate links in communities or groups that prohibit promotional content without first obtaining the community’s permission.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to distribute links at scale.
- Create the impression that you are an official Delegated representative in any community or platform.
If a platform or community requires explicit permission before you share promotional content, it is your responsibility to obtain that permission before posting.
8. Overlap with Delegated’s Marketing
Affiliates are partners, not competitors. Your promotional activity should complement what we do — not duplicate, interfere with, or cannibalize it.
You may not:
- Reproduce or closely replicate live Delegated marketing campaigns, creatives, or copy.
- Run campaigns targeting the same audiences with substantially similar angles to our active campaigns.
- Reuse Delegated-produced testimonials, case studies, or creative assets without written permission.
- Interfere with our retargeting, acquisition funnels, or other active marketing channels.
If you have a campaign idea that might overlap with our activity, reach out first. Coordination is always preferable to conflict resolution after the fact.
9. Content Standards & Brand Safety
Delegated may remove any affiliate whose promotional channels are associated with content that includes:
- Illegal activity or content that facilitates illegal activity.
- Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or targeted abuse.
- Explicit, graphic, violent, or otherwise harmful material.
- Deliberate misinformation or manipulative clickbait.
- Low-quality, ad-farm, or made-for-arbitrage networks.
We retain full discretion in determining what falls under these categories, and removal decisions on brand-safety grounds are final.
10. Commissions & Payments
Commissions are paid on qualifying transactions only. A transaction is qualifying when it is properly tracked, completed, and not subsequently reversed.
Commissions may be withheld, reversed, or forfeited if:
- The underlying purchase is refunded, cancelled, or charged back.
- We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, click manipulation, or self-referral.
- The sale was generated through promotional methods prohibited by these Terms.
- Your account is suspended or terminated for a Terms violation at the time the commission would otherwise be paid.
Payment timing and thresholds are determined by the affiliate platform through which your program is administered and will be communicated to you separately.
11. Intellectual Property
Delegated grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use our name, logo, and approved brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting the program in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights and ends immediately upon termination of your participation.
You may not modify, distort, or combine our brand assets with other content in a way that misrepresents Delegated or dilutes our brand. Any goodwill generated through the use of our assets belongs solely to Sanklad Digital Ltd.
12. Termination
Either party may end this relationship at any time. We may suspend or permanently remove affiliates whose activity:
- Violates any provision of these Terms.
- Creates legal, regulatory, or reputational exposure for Delegated.
- Conflicts materially with our marketing or business strategy.
- Involves fraud, misrepresentation, or bad faith conduct.
Upon termination, your affiliate link will be deactivated. Commissions earned through compliant activity prior to termination will be paid on their normal schedule, unless they were generated through prohibited methods, in which case they may be forfeited.
13. Independent Contractor
Your participation in the program does not create an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and Sanklad Digital Ltd. You are an independent party acting on your own behalf. You are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and compliance obligations arising from your promotional activity.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Delegated and Sanklad Digital Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program, including lost commissions due to tracking failures, platform changes, or account termination.
Our total liability to you in connection with the program will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Appeals & Contact
If your account is suspended and you believe this was done in error, you may submit an appeal to affiliates@delegated.to. Please include a description of your promotional methods, relevant screenshots or links, and any context you believe is pertinent. We will review appeals and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
For general program questions or to request written approval for a specific campaign or ad activity, contact us at the same address.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
