You must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. New subscribers are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of their first payment — no questions asked.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

Violate laws or regulations.
Abuse, probe, or disrupt systems and infrastructure.
Generate or distribute harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

5. AI Agent Interactions

Our AI agents generate responses and take actions based on input data and instructions provided by you. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.

Your use of the platform and any actions taken by AI agents on your behalf are at your own risk. Sanklad Digital Inc. is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from AI agent actions or outputs, including actions taken autonomously on connected third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanklad Digital Ltd. is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
