How we got here
Sanklad Digital is a product studio: a small team, a handful of SaaS products, and a services arm. The thesis is simple — with the right AI tooling, a lean team can run many profitable businesses without losing focus on any of them.
Delegated came out of that services arm. Zero-code.club ships AI agents for clients. Every project hit the same pattern: the small business owner didn't want one more clever AI tool to wire up — they wanted the work done. They needed someone to actually answer their email, actually post their content, actually chase the lead. Not a chatbot. Not a co-pilot. A team.
So we built one. Five specialists, each with their own personality and their own slice of the job. They share a workspace, hand off tasks to each other, and run in the background on their own VM with their own browser. The founder talks to them like a team — "Sage, draft the reply," "Scout, find me 20 leads matching this ICP," "Axel, build me a landing page for the workshop" — and the team gets on with it.
