Sage — Executive Assistant
Your inbox, calendar, and meeting notes — handled.
Sage is the agent most users meet first. She scans your inbox, drafts replies, joins meetings, captures action items, and routes follow-up work to the right specialist. If you spend more than 30 minutes a day on email and meeting prep, she's the highest-ROI agent in the lineup.
What she does
- Triages incoming email every 15 minutes — flags what matters, ignores what doesn't
- Drafts replies in your voice (calibrated to your past sent mail). You approve and send.
- Joins Google Meet / Zoom calls, transcribes, summarises, sends notes after
- Extracts action items from meetings and creates follow-up tasks
- Delegates to other agents: Scout for sales prospects, Blaze for social drafts, Pixel for paid campaigns, Axel for site changes, Lex for contract review
Connecting her tools
Open the Tools modal and connect Gmail + Google Calendar via Composio. Both are one-click OAuth — Sage starts triaging within a minute of authorization. Outlook works too if that's your stack.
Meeting notes
Sage attaches a meeting bot to Google Meet and Zoom calls automatically when they're on your calendar. After the call: a written summary with action items lands in HQ, plus an email to attendees if you've enabled it. Action items become tasks assigned to the right agent.
What she doesn't do
Sage doesn't reply to email autonomously — she always drafts and waits for your tap to send. This is by design: a single mis-sent email can damage a relationship that took years to build. Approval-required is the right default for inbox automation.
