Receptionist pricing

$49/month on top of $99 base. 500 minutes included. $0.15/min after. Cancel any time.

What's included in $49/month

  • 500 minutes of inbound calls per month. Counter resets monthly on your subscription date.
  • Dedicated US or UK phone number. The number is yours — we don't share it across customers.
  • Unlimited test calls from browser. Counts against the 500 but most users only test a few minutes total.
  • Unlimited cadence + setup edits. Re-sync to Retell as often as you want.
  • Built-in calendar. Or wire your own CRM for free via Custom APIs.
  • All transcripts + call summaries. Stored in HQ, exportable any time.

Overage

Past 500 minutes in a billing cycle: $0.15/minute via Stripe metered billing. Charged on your next invoice. We don't throttle or cut off — calls keep coming through at the per-minute rate.

Reality check: a typical local-services business runs 50–200 minutes/month. 500 minutes covers most use cases comfortably. If you're a high-volume call center, talk to us about a custom plan.

Phone numbers

We provision via Retell AI. US numbers cover all area codes; UK is currently UK-wide (geographic numbers, not toll-free). We don't yet support number porting from existing carriers — set up Iris on a new number and forward your existing line to it for the same effect.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from your billing portal. Two things happen:

  • The Retell agent is decommissioned immediately
  • The phone number stays on your account for 30 days as a grace period — you can resubscribe and keep the same number

After 30 days the number is released back to the pool. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you'll get a new number.

Why not bundle voice into the $99 base?

Because most Delegated customers don't need it. Pure B2B SaaS, agencies, content businesses, consultants — none of them benefit from a voice receptionist. Bundling would mean charging everyone for something 60% of them won't use. Keeping it as an add-on makes the base plan affordable and the add-on properly priced for the customers who actually need it.
