When to use Custom APIs instead
Composio covers public SaaS. For your internal APIs (your CMS, your billing system, your in-house tools), use Custom APIs. Composio can't reach your private endpoints; Custom APIs can.
If your business runs on a niche vertical SaaS (Jobber, Vagaro, Housecall Pro, etc.) that isn't in Composio's catalog, use Custom APIs to wire its public API directly.
