How to reach us when something's off.

  • Email: hello@delegated.to
  • In-app: Click the Help icon in the HQ icon rail. Drops a message into our queue with your deployment id attached.
  • Community: Facebook group for product discussions + feature requests.

Response times

  • Billing / account issues: within 4 hours business days, 24 hours otherwise
  • Bugs blocking your work: within 4 hours business days
  • Feature requests / general questions: within 1–2 business days

Reporting issues

Include in your message:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened (with a screenshot if possible)
  • What you expected to happen
  • The deployment id (visible in HQ — bottom of the agents sidebar)

For voice issues with Iris: also include the call_id (visible in the Receptionist tab → call details).
