Response times
- Billing / account issues: within 4 hours business days, 24 hours otherwise
- Bugs blocking your work: within 4 hours business days
- Feature requests / general questions: within 1–2 business days
Reporting issues
Include in your message:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened (with a screenshot if possible)
- What you expected to happen
- The deployment id (visible in HQ — bottom of the agents sidebar)
For voice issues with Iris: also include the call_id (visible in the Receptionist tab → call details).
